Intriguing Creativity

Ramblings describes most of our conversations in these episodes. You didn’t think we had a plan or a script. Did you?

Ramblings might be a good description of the world we’re finding ourselves in, though maybe something with more urgent chaos considering the current weirdness.

We started by talking about the disconnectedness of oligarchs, politicians, and celebrities with an awareness that at least the celebrities know it’s all a fiction that they’re getting paid to present. Yet, in a world where we’re watching countries treating countries as real estate, there’s a lot of cluelessness to point at.

Amidst the cluelessness and chaos, communities, individuals, and probably some entrepreneurs are going to see solutions that don’t require debates. Electric vehicles are now recognized as more than energy-efficient cars and more as labor-saving devices. Shop local and grown local may be more prominent as corporate farms run out of cheap labor. (Will they resort to robots? How quickly could they be built and deployed?) 

Governments may be out of touch, but people don’t have that luxury. Looking local may be the best way to find solutions, and we’ll probably find solutions we wouldn’t have found otherwise.
